| Parking rates are outrageous. We reserved a river view room..recieved a city view room..after a very heated argument I gave them our on line reservation confirmation form.. We were then given a river view room..which is smaller then the city view..(not suppose to be). AT 3:30 in the morning a drunken patron apparently with no room key had security open MY room for him..security did so without even checking to see who was registered in the room. Will never go back here again!! |

The Hotel 71 located at 71 East Wacker Drive provides some great amenities
Hairdryer,TV,Voicemail, in rooms. You can also be sure to have great services provides in and around the property such as
Pets Allowed,Parking,Laundry Service,.
